Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin ordered the Ford carrier strike group to sail to the Eastern Mediterranean to be prepared to help Israel after the Hamas attack. Rep. Mark Alford, R-Mo., says the U.S. does not have a “choice at all” but to defend Israel and that Hamas fighters “need to be eradicated.”
