From May 21-30, member nations of the World Health Organization will be meeting in Geneva, Switzerland, to discuss and implement dozens if not hundreds of amendments to the International Health Regulations. These rules, which are already binding over the United States, will not have to be signed by the President or ratified through consent of the Senate.
